Which services do you offer?We offer a range of services tailored to your needs. These include Marketing, Social Media Management, Business Development, Copywriting, Personal Assistance and Administration. Our team all have a base skill set of Administration and then a dedicated skill set in another area, we have many strings to our bow! Let Josh know the areas in which you require help and he will pair you with the perfect team member based both on personality and skill/experience.

Can you help me determine what to delegate?Absolutely! It's great to see you've recognised you need assistance, we all need a helping hand along the way. We recommend booking a call with Josh to discuss your areas of concern, allowing him to find the best solution for you. Often our prospects & clients find duties they can delegate which they hadn't considered.

What are the benefits of using a virtual assistant?There are a plethora of benefits but to keep this brief, you're contracting a skilled individual to support you with a range of administration duties as and when you need them. We help with logistics, executive correspondence, scheduling, daily task management and more to alleviate the stress from you. You're left with more time, flexibility and there's no need for a full-time employee with large overheads draining your resources. We support you whilst keeping your startup streamlined.

How do you communicate with your clients?We use any channel of communication you prefer - Slack, Email, Whatsapp, video conferencing and task management systems. You'll always be kept "in the know". We do our best to communicate in a style which suits your operating practices.

Do you have contracts?Yes we do. Before work commences we require a legal contract to be signed between our company and yours. This outlines the work to be carried out, the duration, and costs. This is coupled with a terms of service agreement as well. Whether you want to work with your assistant on an ad-hoc basis or set up a monthly retainer to keep an eye on your cashflow, a contract will be put in place.

How quickly can you respond to my requests?If your request is to your assistant, this will be managed between the two of you in terms of the allotted working hours and urgency. If your request is higher-level and is to Josh as the Client Manager, this will be within the hour if it is via email or through your client portal.

How do we share work between each other?If you have a dedicated task management system for you and your team, your assistant can be added into this to transfer information and files. We can also either create a shared Dropbox or Google Drive folder for sharing work, or we can be a delegate in your filing system and place documents straight into it. We also have the option of providing you with your own client portal in which your assistant’s task list is contained, making it easier for another assistant to pick up work should your assistant take holiday.

I haven’t used a virtual assistant before, can you guide me through the process?Absolutely. We estimate 50% of our clients haven't used virtual assistant services before, and that's fine! We can lay out the basic processes during our initial call when we look to understand your business more. Where are the virtual assistants based?Our team is comprised of UK-based virtual assistants. We love to support the UK economy and the exceptional talent it has to offer when it comes to outsourced support. Sure, you're able to hire an overseas assistant for what seems like a smaller fee but there are factors to consider such as cultural differences, time zone differences and language barriers. Our assistants are highly experienced professionals who are available when you need them to be, are vetted for skillsets, have excellent written and spoken English comprehension, and understand the nuances of life in the UK.
