Yes we do. Before work commences we require a legal contract to be signed between our company and yours. This outlines the work to be carried out, the duration, and costs. This is coupled with a terms of service agreement as well. Whether you want to work with your support member on an ad-hoc basis or set up a monthly retainer to keep an eye on your cashflow, a contract will be put in place.

The majority of our work is async and we'll sit inside your Slack or preferred team communication channel to interact with yourself and your team. For more direct communication this will be via email and we will also have regular check-ins via Zoom/Google Meet.

If you have a dedicated task management system for you and your team, we can be added into this to create tasks and hold accountability for team members. We can also either create a shared Dropbox or Google Drive folder for sharing work, or we can be a delegate in your filing system and place documents straight into it. We also have the option of providing you with your own client portal in which our task list is contained.
